Honey Garlic Ribs
3 - 4 lbs. country style pork spareribs.
2/3 Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 Tbls. honey
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
Arrange ribs, in single layer, in 9 X 13-inch
microwave safe baking dish.
Cover dish with waxed paper. Microwave at HIGH 15 minutes. Turn ribs over; rearrange
in dish. Pour off drippings.
Combine teriyake sauce, honey, ginger and garlic; pour over ribs and brush with sauce. Cover and microwave at HIGH 15 minutes. Turn
ribs over and brush with sauce. Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 5 minutes longer, or until ribs are tender.
