HONEY GARLIC SALMON
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 tsp double superfine ground mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine (I used a
- Chardonnay/Semillion blend)
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 2 6 oz portions salmon
mix together in a bowl and set aside a portion for basting. Then marinate salmon for at least 1 hour in remaining portion. Grill for approx. 10 min, 5 on each side.
I thought it came out pretty well, even the next day
