3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs
1/2 cup liquid honey
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soya sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 minced garlic cloves
Cut spareribs into serving size pieces and place in a shallow pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned.
Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Pour over drained ribs and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Turn ribs occasionally.

I loved these in Chinese restaurants and these are pretty good.
