- 8 oz of frozen vegetables
- 2 ts honey
- 2 ts butter
- 1 1/2 ts lemon juice
- In a dish microwave all on high until butter melts. Microwave about 15-30 seconds. Toss cooked veggies with glaze.
- I found with a 16oz bag of vegetables (frozen) that the recipe needed doubling for just a touch of honey taste. If more flavor is desired, try tripling the recipe.
