Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Stir Fry
1 box (10 oz) couscous pasta
1 pound boneless chicken, cut into strips
1 medium red bell pepper and banana pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1/3 cup French's Honey Mustard
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Prepare couscous according to package directions.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Stir-fry chicken in batches 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Transfer to bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in same skillet until hot.
Stir-fry vegetables 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return chicken to skillet.
Stir in 2/3 cup water, mustard and barbecue sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring often.
Serve over couscous
