Honey Mustard Chicken
1/2 Cup sour cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (1-1/4 lbs)
Mix sour cream, mustard and honey.
Place chicken on rack of broiler pan.
Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until tender, turning and brushing w/ salad dressing mixture during last 3 minutes of cooking time.
