Honey Mustard Chicken
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth OR Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 large carrot, cut into 2" matchstick-thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
MIX cornstarch, broth, honey and mustard.
COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Add carrot and onion. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
For Extra Flavorful Rice: Cook rice in Swanson® Chicken Broth instead of water. No need to add salt or butter.
