Honey Mustard Chicken
Whole cut up chicken or boneless, skinless pieces
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter (can use less or no butter if using chicken with skin on)
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish
Add honey and mix
Add mustard and mix
Pour honey-mustard mixture over the chicken
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, basking every 15 minutes or so.
Reduce bake time to approx. 30 minutes if using boneless chicken
Broil for a few minutes at the end if desired to brown the top of the chicken
Serve with rice or cous-cous.
