HONEY MUSTARD PORK TENDERLOIN

 

  • Cooking Time: 45 minutes
  • Servings: 4
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlin ( 1-2 cloves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried organo leaves

Directions

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil
  • Place tenderloin in pan
  • In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients
  • brush over the tenderloin
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until pork has slight blush of pink in the center
  • Thermonmeter inserted in center of loin should read 160 degrees
  • Let stand 5 minutes to rest
  • Cut diagonally into slices
