Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Serves 4 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlin ( 1-2 cloves)
1/2 teaspoon dried organo leaves


Heat oven to 425 degrees


Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil


Place tenderloin in pan


In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients


brush over the tenderloin


Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until pork has slight blush of pink in the center


Thermonmeter inserted in center of loin should read 160 degrees


Let stand 5 minutes to rest


Cut diagonally into slices
