INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 9-11 mins
- Servings: 4 dozen
- Preparation Time: 15 mins
- 2 1/4 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbs Honey Vanilla Creme COFFEE-MATE
- 2 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and COFFEE-MATE in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, Gradually beat in flour. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes

I love this idea! I hadn't thought of adding Honey Vanilla Creme COFFEE-MATE Creamer to a cookie recipe. Thank you for this idea. I can't wait to try it. I also love adding the new Honey Vanilla Creme COFFEE-MATE flavor to my beverages for a little something extra. :D
