Horseradish Beef Pie

Serves 8 | Prep Time 20 | Cook Time 45


1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix
melted butter
1/8 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon horseradish

Brown meat and onions in skillet til meat is browned, drain.

Combine next 5 ingredents, mixing well.

Add to meat mixture, stirring well. Set aside

Stir 6 tablespoons of water into biscuit mix.

Roll half of the dough on floured surface into 8 inch square.

Pat dough into 8 inch baking dish.

Cover with meat mixture.

Roll out remaining dough and cover meat mixture.

Brush with butter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until browned.

Blend mustard, mayo, and horseradish and serve with pie.
