Horseradish Cheese Dip
1 lb. finely grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely grated horseradish (jar)
2-3 tablespoons good mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
ground black pepper to taste
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Blend all ingredients.
Mound into a crock or attractive serving dish. Garnish with parsley leaves if desired.
Serve with crisp garlic toasts or veggies.
Pairs Well With
I serve half, refrigerate half in a separate crock or bowl, so I can refresh the tray once during a party. Be sure to provide a small knife for spreading.
