- Cooking Time:
- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- Horseradish Cream sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 to 4 T flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 cups milk, light cream, or half and half
- 6 T. horseradish
- 2 cups sour cream
- Blend all ingredients and serve with beef fondue.
NotesYou should always have dipping sauces for your beef, chicken and seafood fondue.
