HORSERADISH CREAM SAUCE FOR BEEF FONDUE

Ingredients

  • Horseradish Cream sauce:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 to 4 T flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 cups milk, light cream, or half and half
  • 6 T. horseradish
  • 2 cups sour cream

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients and serve with beef fondue.

Notes

You should always have dipping sauces for your beef, chicken and seafood fondue.
