Why I Love This Recipe

A meat locker sells these little gems and it costs over $6.00 per quart, Why spend the money when you cn make them yourself at a fraction of the cost. Try them by themself, with crackers or put them on a sandwich. Great for gift giving!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 quart Dill Pickles- drained and quartered
1/4 cup Horseradish (creamy) [prepared in a jar]
1/3 cup Vinegar (white)
2/3 cup Water
1 1/2 cups Sugar

Directions

Mix pickles and horseradish in a bowl.

Bring vinegar, water and sugar to a boil. When the sugar is dissolved, pour over the pickles. Mix well and refrigerate.
