- 1 can artichokes finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan, graded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes, until bubbly.
