Hot Brie With Raisins And Walnuts
1 wheel of brie (8 inch circle) weighing about 2 pounds. Remove the outer rind of mold from the top. Place brie in an 8" round quiche dish or porcelain baker
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pine nut
Divide top of brie into 4 wedges.
Top alternate wedges with raisins and walnuts.
Place brie in a 350 oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until brie is melted.
Serve at once with pale soda crackers.
Pairs Well With
Note: Some people enjoy eating the outer rind (mold) but I don't.
