- 2 cans chili
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 Jalepeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 pkg cornbread mix, (prepare as directed but do not bake)
- 2 tbsp dried minced onon
- 1 tbsp dried minced bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- Heat chili and jalepenos. Mix onion, bell pepper and mustard with cornbread batter. Pour chili in casserole, top with cheese and then cornbread mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or thil browned
