Hot Chili Meatball Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon hot red chili pepper puree
Combine first 7 ingredents in bowls, mixing well. Blend milk and soup. Add 1/4 of soup mixture into beef mixture, mixing well.
Shape into balls (golf ball sized).
Roll into flour.
Brown on all sides in 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
Pour in casserole dish.
Blend chili sauce, hot chili puree and remaining soup mixture and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This is one of those just thrown together. Leave the Hot Red Chili pepper puree out to cool this one down.
