1 gallon good cider (with the stuff floating in it, not that clear stuff)
1/2 cup crown sugar (taste your cider, you may not need all this sugar)
8-10 cinnamon sticks
Put it all in a pot on your stove over medium heat.
Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Serve hot, sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
