Hot Crab Dip
1 (8 oz. ) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crab meat, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tb. milk
2 Tb. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper and worchestershire sauce
Drain crab meat and put on paper towel while preparing other ingredients. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper and worchestershire sauce. Add crab meat and mix well. Place in 1 qt. casserole and bake in 350º oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
