Hot Crab Dip
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tbl milk
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl finely chopped green onion
8 oz white crab meat
Combine cream cheese, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan.
Simmer over low heat till creamy smooth -- stirring often.
Stir in crab and onion.
Continue simmering and stirring till fully mixed.
Serve with unseasoned crackers.
