Bread  Bread Machine 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Put yeast in bottom of bread machine. (Or follow manufacturer's directions)


Add remaining ingredients.


Set the bread machine for regular doneness and let it cook.


No peeking now!


Makes a 1 pound loaf.
