HOT DOG COLE SLAW

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cabbage -- chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons onion -- minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

  • Chop everything and add to a small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate. I use my hot pepper vinegar but any vinegar will work.

Notes

This is a tasty hot dog slaw and gets better if it rests in the refrigerator for a could of hours. I only make enough to do one hot dog meal with this recipe. My wife gave me a Kuhn Rikon Twist and Chop for Christmas and it does a fast and easy job chopping anything, and cleans in a flash. The more you twist, the finer the chop.
