Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

Serves 2 cups | Prep Time 10 | Cook Time 25

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
Crackers


1. Mix all ingredients


2. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish


3. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers
