Hot Mushroom Dip
24 ounces mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sour cream
1/2 can beef broth
1/2 can cream of mushroom soap
2 tablespoons Lipton onion soup mix
6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
Clean and chop mushrooms into small dice pieces. Melt butter in fry pan.
Add mushrooms and stir until sauted.
Add flour and crushed soup mix.
Remove from the heat and let cool 10 minutes.
Add remain ingredients and mix well.
Turn mixture into a small casserole.
Top with cheese. To serve bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until bubbles a little on the edges.
Can be made ahead refrigerate covered until ready to bake.

I find even people who don't like mushrooms chow down on this addictive concoction. I serve it with Wavey chips,toasted pita bread, and toasted olive oil garlic toast
