Hot Sauce [Pique]
Vinegar| white 1 cup
Hot pepper combo| 11 Habanero, scotch bonnet & Jalapeno Remove stems. Careful not to touch eyes when handling peppers .
Garlic | 5 cloves
Black peppercorns | 10 pcs
Cilantro| 2-3 bunch , finely chopped
Sea Salt | 1/4 teaspoon
Bay Leaves| 1 leaf
Get a large tightly covered Mason jar and put in all the ingredients.
Set out on counter for two days to steep.
Then store in the refrigerator. If you put straight in refrigerator it wont steep.
