BackstoryDelicious with ham! Definately not low-cal!
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 slices bread, cubed w/crusts
- Beat eggs and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Put into a buttered 8x8 dish. Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 30 minutes.
