Hot Taco Dip
Why I Love This Recipe
This was a last minute (for surprise New Year's Eve guests) throw together recipe that my family (and guests) thought was a great discovery. Nothing extravagant about it but it sure does taste good, not to mention it is very quick and easy to prepare!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can Bean Dip
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar salsa
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
diced lettuce, tomatoes, black olives
sour cream (opt.)
Brown ground beef in skillet.
Add salsa and mix well.
Spread bean dip in the bottom of an 8X8 in. baking dish.
Top with beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven till cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives.
Spoon a few dolops of sour cream on top if desired. Serve with torilla chips.
