- 3 oz. roast beef
- 3 oz. ham
- black olive tapenade
- hot sauce (I use sriracha)
- grilled onions
- 1 sesame seed sub roll
- 3 slices swiss cheese
- Place cold cuts in a pan with the cheese between the two meats. Heat for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Spread olive tapenade on roll
- Top with cold cuts, grilled onions, and hot sauce.
NotesOkay, so these aren't exactly Po-Boys, but with the olive tapenade, its as close as I can get in CA! My husband looooovvvveeess this sandwich
