Hot and Spicy Squash
1 Butternut Squash or Acorn Squash
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
4 tbsp. honey
1 chili pepper, seeded
Pre-Heat oven to 350
Chop the top and bottom off of the squash.
Cut in half, lengthwise.
Use a spoon to hollow out the seeds, and cut into slices.
On a lightly oiled pan, spread the slices out.
Drizzle honey and sprinkle with chili pepper.
Bake for 35-40 Mins.
