My husbands favorite Hummus recipe to make. His one tip is to slowly add the salt. Enjoy!


  • 2 cans Garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of paprika


  • Place beans, tahini, lemon juice and garlic into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
