2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Can Chick Peas (reserve about 2 Tbsp of the juice)
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
3 Tbsp Tahini
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Pinch or 2 of Cumin
Mix Everything in Food Processor until well blended.
Top with Olive Oil and serve with pita chips/pita bread/vegetables.
