  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water or chick pea water
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4-6 tbsp. lemon juice
  • approx. 18 oz. chick peas, well drained
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Garnish with olive oil & paprika.
