- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water or chick pea water
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 4-6 tbsp. lemon juice
- approx. 18 oz. chick peas, well drained
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Garnish with olive oil & paprika.
