1/4 cup sesame paste (tahini)
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup strained freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped parsley
