Hurry-Up Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
2 10-ounce packages frozen cut-up broccoli, thawed
8 ounces cottage cheese
6 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together, only enough to blend.
Spoon into a greased 8x8-inch Pyrex baking dish or equivalent casserole.
Bake until bubbling and browned, approximately 30 minutes.
