IHOP HARVEST GRAIN & NUT PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 7 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/8 C. Quaker quick oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
  • 3 1/2 C. corn meal
  • l C. wheat bran
  • 3/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 2 C. finely chopped pecans
  • 5 3/4 T. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/3 T. dry malt
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • To use, add milk/water to desired consistency
