IRISH POTATOES, A COCONUT CANDY
1 can condensed milk
1 pkg. (14 oz.) flaked coconut (dry)
1 1/2 to 2 lb. confectioner's sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Cream with a large heavy spoon.
Roll in balls.
Pile some cinnamon on a plate.
Roll balls in cinnamon
store in closed container in the fridge
