ICED IRISH CREME COFFEE

Ingredients

  • 10 cups fresh strong brewed Irish Creme coffee
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • Pour brewed coffee into large heatproof pitcher. Cover; refrigerate until chilled (about 2 hours).
  • To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into 16-ounce glasses.
  • Pour chilled coffee over ice cream.
