Illaree's Heath Candy
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. water
2 Hershey bars (broken into small pieces)
Melt butter and add sugar and water. Boil until light to medium tan. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Put the Hershey bars on top and let melt. Spread and refrigerate.
Pairs Well With
My Mom, Illaree Oliver, made this candy every Christmas season and kept it in a metal tin. We all looked for that tin as soon as we got home for the holidays!
