- 1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup low-fat Bisquick
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. Splenda
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed or substitute 2 T +2 t Splenda brown sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour into a 9" pie pan.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- 6 servings @ 3 points each or 2 1/2 points each with the Splenda Brown Sugar.
