10 dried red paprika (hot). Soaked in water overnight.
5 cloves garlic.
1 cup chopped parsley.
1/2 chopped walnuts.
1 teaspoon salt.
3-4 tablespoon olive oil.

Preparation is interesting there is two ways. Mortar and pestle (this is original way) in mortar put salt and garlic and start grinding till paste is made. Then start adding paprika one by one, do not stop grinding. When all paprika is smashed in fine paste and mixed with garlic paste, add parsley and walnuts mix all together bit more on the end add olive oil and that is. Everything can be done with blender and is not changing anything repeat the steps and that is.
