- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet to flatten them.
- Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over both sides of the chicken.
- Grill for about 10 minutes.
