Inside Out Nachos
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 sm. can chopped olives (drained)
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 jar salsa
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
oil for frying
Brown and crumble the hamburger, drain.
Return to pan and add the taco seasoning mix and water called for on pkg.
Stir well and cook out water add the cheese and stir until it starts to melt.
Remove from heat and add olives, 1/2 cup of the salsa.
When mixture is cool put about 1 T. of mixture on a wonton wrapper and use moistened finger to seal, pressing out air.
Heat oil to about 375 and fry a few wontons at a time until golden brown, remove to paper towel. Serve imediatly with remaining salsa.
