Instant Pot Noodle
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
1 piece fresh ginger, grated
2 spinach leaves, shredded
1 carrot, grated
2 mushrooms, chopped
1 rice noodle portion
Take a large jam jar, or small bowl.
Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger together in a mug.
Pour half into the bottom of the jam jar.
Layer the vegetables on top and finish with the rice noodles.
Fill the jar with boiling water to the top and place a lid over the top.
Wait for 10 minutes.
Pour away most of the water and tip the rest of the dressing over the top.
Mix gently and eat!
