Why I Love This Recipe

In a busy we world we look for ways to nourish ourselves quickly with little to no effort. This soup and many of my recipes gives you the tools to do so. This can be measured out ahead of time. Mix with the veggies you want and each package could be frozen. Easy to grab and go in the morning, it will thaw by lunch time.

No blender at work ? - add hot water in your large soup mug little at a time, stirring to mix as you go.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 Tbsp sesame seeds (or tahini)
1 Tbsp chickpea miso
2 Tsp tamari
1 Tbsp dehydrated stock powder (optional)
1.5 cups hot water


Directions

Stir with hot water or blend in your Vitamix until warm.


Pour over soup veggies of your choice, or simply have a broth soup.


I had already made caramelized onion, marinated and dehydrated mushroom, shredded in some fresh spinach, sprouts. Delicious
