1 roasted chicken
1 cooked roast beef
3 large stalks celery
1 medium onion
1/2 of small box of frozen spinach (cooked and chopped)
14 saltine crackers (crushed)
3 eggs (2 if very large)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons crushed parsley
Salt and pepper
Season the chicken and roast beef while cooking.
Grinds meats together when fully cooked.
Grind celery and onion with meat.
Add in all the other ingredients.
If it's too moist add crackers to dry out.
For the ravioli dough, run through noodle maker - don't roll thinner than #5.
For the Sauce: Saute 1/3 cup butter, 2 tablespoons oil and 1/4 chopped onion. Add 1 pound hamburger, and salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 teaspoon rosemary and 1 small can tomato sauce and let simmer.
