Ingredients

  • 1 cup gramham cracker crumbs.
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup parkay margarine melted.
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin.
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs separated
  • 2 8-oz pkgs. philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped

Directions

  • COMBINE CRUMBS,SUGAR & MARGARINE.
  • PRESS ONTO BOTTOM OF9-INCH SPRINGFORM PAN.
  • SOFTEN GELATIN IN WATER, STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL DISSOLVED.
  • BLEND IN 3/4 CUPSUGAR &BEATEN EGGYOLKS , COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  • OVER LOW HEAT3 MINUTES.
  • COMBINE CREAM &COCOA MIXING AT MEDIURM SPEED ON ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  • GRADUALLY ADD GELATIN MIXTURE & BOURBON MIXING UNTIL BLENDED.
  • CHILL UNTIL THICKENED BUT NOT SET.
  • BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL FOAMY. GRADUALLY ADD REMAINING SUGAR.
  • BEATING UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM.FOLD EGG WHITES & WHIPPEDCREAM INTO CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE. POUR OVER CRUST.
  • CHILL UNTIL FIRM. GARNISH WITH CHOCOLATE CURLS. 10-TO-12 SERVINGS
