Italian Beef and Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 slices of cheese, cut in quarters
Cook the elbow macaroni according to directions on the packaging.
Brown the ground beef and drain. Add 2/3 of the spaghetti sauce to the browned beef and simmer for five minutes. Combine the macaroni and the beef mixture in a casserole dish, then pour the remaining spaghetti sauce over the top. Arrange the cheese slices over the top in a pleasing manner.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serves 6 to 8.
