Ingredients You'll Need
3-4 lb boneless beef chuck
1 envelope Italian seasoning mix
1 jar pepperochini peppers (15)
1 can beef broth
1 can beer
Add all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook all day until beef is easily shredded (low for 8 hours should do the trick).
Can be shredded with a fork and left sitting in juice for an hour to absorb the flavors.
