Italian Breadcrumb Chicken
2-4 bonesless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
Mix a good amount of breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl or plate.
You should probably have about a 3:1 ratio of breadcrumbs to seasoning.
Add a touch of water to an egg white and mix around.
Cover each piece of chicken with the egg white.
Dredge each piece of chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until done
